4. Severe pipeline deterioration: The existing pipeline exhibits significant aging and corrosion, operating at a pressure of 1.6 MPa, demanding exceptionally high standards for repair and sealing.

1. Achieved the owner's “green coal mine, zero emissions” objectives and successfully passed the environmental impact assessment by national environmental authorities;

2. Awarded the “First Prize” for Scientific and Technological Innovation in Shanxi's coal industry;

4. Became China's largest single-phase trenchless repair project using flexible composite hoses, with a single-section repair length of 1.7 kilometers;

5. Established a benchmark for water supply pipeline rehabilitation in rocky mountainous areas, advancing trenchless technology development within the industry;

6. Operated for 8 years with zero maintenance.

The achievement of the overarching goal of “green coal mines and zero emissions” has not only alleviated environmental pressure on the county Party committee and government but also boosted county fiscal revenue.
