Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) Inspection

Technical Principle

High-strength permanent magnets are used to magnetically saturate the pipeline wall. When defects such as corrosion, cracks or deformation exist on the pipe wall, magnetic field lines leak from the defect areas to form a magnetic flux leakage field. A Hall sensor array collects the leakage magnetic signals, and precise identification of defect type, size and location is realized after professional data processing.

Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Inspection

Technical Principle

Based on the pulse reflection characteristics of ultrasonic waves, ultrasonic waves emitted by the probe propagate inside the pipe wall and reflect back from the inner and outer walls respectively to form echo signals. By calculating the time difference of echoes, the remaining wall thickness is measured directly, and defects on the inner wall, outer wall and inside the pipe wall are distinguished, with clear defect contour presentation.

Geometric Inspection & Leakage Monitoring

Geometric Inspection

Technical Principle:Mechanical calipers or electronic sensor arrays are used to measure key geometric parameters in real time, including inner diameter, ovality, bending radius and settlement of the pipeline, to assess pipeline deformation conditions.

Core Strengths:Identifies pipeline deformation risks in advance, provides passability verification for MFL and ultrasonic inspection equipment, and prevents equipment blockage inside the pipeline.

Application Scenarios:Pipeline construction quality acceptance, deformation assessment of aged pipelines, and geometric condition inspection for pipeline crossing sections.

Leakage Inspection

Technical Principle:Integrates three technologies: negative pressure wave (sudden pressure drop signal at leakage point), infrasound (vibration generated by leakage jet) and flow balance (flow difference between inlet and outlet), to realize multi-dimensional leakage judgment and accurate positioning.

Core Strengths:High sensitivity: leakage detection sensitivity > 0.5%, response time < 2 minutes, positioning accuracy < 1% of pipeline length, false alarm rate < 2%, supporting online real-time monitoring.

Application Scenarios:Leakage early warning and rapid positioning for long-distance oil and gas pipelines, urban gas pipelines and storage tank external transmission pipelines.

CCTV Pipeline Internal Visual Inspection

Technical Principle

A remotely controlled smart crawling robot equipped with a high-definition waterproof camera and lighting module enters the pipeline. The robot moves adaptively along the pipeline route and transmits high-definition real-time footage of the inner pipe wall to the ground terminal. The terminal displays, stores and analyzes the footage synchronously, directly identifying internal defects, foreign objects, blockages and other problems, while recording inspection location information.

Pressurized Internal Inspection for Water Supply Pipelines

Technical Principle

A specialized pressurized non-shutdown inspection technology designed exclusively for water supply systems. A dedicated inspection robot equipped with high-sensitivity acoustic hydrophones, high-definition waterproof cameras and positioning beacons is sent into operating pressurized pipelines through wellheads. The hydrophone collects characteristic ultrasonic signals from leakage points, while the camera synchronously transmits visual footage of the inner pipe wall. After interference filtering through professional noise reduction algorithms, combined with positioning beacons and umbilical cable length, precise positioning and judgment of leakage points and inner wall defects are realized.
