  • UV Curing Repair—Tianjin's First Ultra-Deep, Ultra-Long, Large-Diameter Pipe

    This project involves the rehabilitation of a 200-meter-long D1000 sewage pipe on Luomen Road in Tianjin. The existing pipeline suffered from severe aging and leakage, with a burial depth exceeding 8 meters and no space for excavation. The project employed UV-cured in-place pipe (CIPP) technology to achieve a “zero-excavation” rehabilitation.

  • Natural Gas Pipeline Repair — Minsk, Belarus

    This project addresses frozen soil corrosion issues along a 35-kilometer natural gas pipeline in Minsk, Belarus. With a perforation rate reaching 12% and eight leaks occurring in 2021, the pipeline directly threatened the gas supply safety of 300,000 residents. Phase I involved technical guidance from our team, with the local crew implementing a trenchless, integrated repair using flexible composite liners on the core pipeline segment between the railway station and city hall. Over the following years, Belarus will continue to procure flexible composite liners from us as planned, independently carrying out renewal and repair work on the remaining pipeline sections.
