UV-cured CIPP liner hose is a specialized lining hose designed and manufactured exclusively for trenchless rehabilitation and renewal of drainage pipelines. Its core advantages include one-piece forming without joints in a single repair section, strong sealing performance and fast curing speed. The construction requires no road excavation, posing minimal impact on traffic and the surrounding environment.

This base specializes in the mass production of Ultraviolet (UV) Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) fiberglass liners, a core material for trenchless pipeline rehabilitation. Integrating multi-axial weaving, precision resin impregnation, temperature-controlled cold chain storage and finished product performance testing, the facility ensures stable and reliable supply of full-diameter-range products covering DN150 to DN2400.
1. Core Manufacturing Processes & Equipment
Multi-Axial Fiber Weaving System
Equipped with multiple high-precision CNC weaving machines, it supports multi-axial layup designs (±45°/0°/90°) adopting high-quality E-glass fibers. The fiber grammage and weaving angles can be flexibly adjusted based on pipeline pressure ratings (0.2MPa – 1.6MPa+), ensuring the liner delivers exceptional ring stiffness and tensile strength to adapt to old pipes with prominent ovality.
Fully Automated Resin Impregnation Line
Adopts a closed-loop automatic impregnation process to precisely control the content of photosensitive resin (Vinyl Ester/Epoxy systems) with an error margin controlled within ±2%. It is equipped with built-in vacuum degassing and uniform roller pressing mechanisms, which completely eliminate inter-layer air bubbles, guarantee full resin penetration into fiber bundles and prevent "dry spots" after curing. The line also supports online mixing and coating of two-component resins to meet diverse requirements for chemical corrosion resistance and drinking water hygiene standards.

Various wall thickness options from 3mm to 25mm are provided, supporting single-layer, double-layer and multi-layer composite structures to precisely meet the rehabilitation demands of both gravity-flow drainage pipelines and pressure water supply pipelines.
Annual Capacity
With multiple parallel production lines, the annual output reaches several million meters. The base is capable of bulk supply for large-scale municipal pipeline rehabilitation projects, and emergency orders can be fulfilled from scheduling to shipment within 72 hours.

Proprietary Photosensitive Resin Formulas
The base masters low-viscosity and high-reactivity resin modification technologies, significantly shortening UV curing time and improving construction efficiency by over 30%. All products have passed rigorous chemical corrosion resistance tests (acids, alkalis and sewage resistance) and obtained drinking water safety certifications, ensuring water quality safety after pipeline rehabilitation.
High-Performance Fiber Selection

Intelligent Climate-Controlled Warehousing
Operates a professional cold storage facility covering more than 2,000 square meters, with partitioned zones maintaining temperatures ranging from -18°C to 5°C to strictly meet the storage requirements of different types of photosensitive liners. A 24/7 automated temperature and humidity monitoring system is deployed to prevent premature resin curing, ensuring a product shelf life of 6–12 months.
Cold Chain Logistics System
Equipped with dedicated refrigerated transport vehicles and professional insulated packaging solutions, a fully closed-loop low-temperature chain from the factory to the construction site is realized. This ensures the liner retains optimal construction performance and activity upon arrival at the job site.
5. Quality Inspection & Traceability System
End-to-End Laboratory Performance Testing
Houses an in-house physical performance laboratory equipped with universal testing machines, Barcol hardness testers and Differential Scanning Calorimeters (DSC). Mandatory pre-shipment tests for each batch include tensile strength, flexural modulus, resin content, gel time, light transmittance and cured Barcol hardness to ensure product stability.
Digital Traceability
Implements a "One Roll, One Code" management system. Scanning the code enables full traceability of raw material batches, production shifts, impregnation parameters and quality inspection reports, ensuring full-process accountability.
6. Technical Support & Compatibility
Construction Adaptability Optimization
The base can customize the liner's light-transmitting layer structure and initiator system based on the power and wavelength of customers’ UV curing equipment (LED lamp racks) to maximize curing efficiency. Standardized production is adopted for details including end sealing and inner film protection, effectively reducing on-site preparation time.
