Circular woven reinforced textile rehabilitation hose is an innovative pipe independently developed and produced by Tianjin ENST Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (ENST). Adopting seamless weaving technology and multi-layer structured design (including outer protective layer, pressure-bearing layer and inner lining sealing layer), it boasts core functions of wear resistance, high pressure resistance and environment-friendly sealing performance.

This product is applicable for an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃. The maximum operating pressure of the bare hose reaches 24.0MPa, and a single hose can be as long as 5000m. It is lightweight and easy to install, with a service life of no less than 50 years. In addition, its inner lining complies with drinking water standards, ensuring safety and environmental friendliness.

It is widely used in scenarios such as municipal water supply and drainage, industrial fluid transmission, old pipeline rehabilitation and emergency rescue. Customized services for specifications (DN80-DN1400mm), pressure, structure and length are available. The enterprise owns the entire industrial chain of independent intellectual property rights, and the product has passed third-party inspection with performance exceeding industrial standards.

Relying on advanced fiber-reinforced composite technology and automated equipment, it provides customers with corrosion-resistant, high-pressure-resistant and coiled new pipeline solutions, mainly serving oil and gas field gathering and transportation, chemical medium transmission, mine tailings treatment and municipal water supply.


 


1. Core Production Equipment & Technology (Core Strengths)

Fully Automatic Multi-Layer Co-Extrusion Composite Production Line

The base is equipped with several internationally advanced integrated CNC extrusion and winding production lines, realizing full continuous operation from inner lining extrusion, reinforcement layer winding/weaving to outer protective layer coating. Adopting high-temperature melting co-extrusion technology, it forms a molecular-level bond between the thermoplastic inner lining (PE/PA) and the reinforcement layer, eliminating hidden dangers of delamination; the outer protective layer features excellent wear resistance and aging resistance.

High-Precision Tension Control System

The winding of reinforcement layers including high-strength fiberglass, aramid fiber and high-strength steel wire adopts closed-loop control of servo motors, with tension accuracy controlled within ±1%. This ensures tight and uniform arrangement of fibers/steel wires, maximizes material utilization rate, balances the stress of pipelines under high-pressure working conditions, and significantly improves burst pressure and safety factor.

Online Intelligent Performance Monitoring System

The production line is integrated with laser diameter gauges, ultrasonic wall thickness detectors and high-voltage spark leak detectors, conducting 100% real-time online monitoring of outer diameter, wall thickness deviation and pinhole defects of pipes. Unqualified products are automatically rejected to ensure zero defects for ex-factory products.

2. Production Capacity & Flexible Delivery (Core Focus)

Large-Scale Production Capacity

The base has an annual production capacity of tens of millions of meters of various flexible composite pipes, and can produce multi-specification products with different diameters and pressure grades in parallel.

Specification Coverage: Regularly produces products with inner diameter of DN80-DN1200, and has the customized production capacity for large-diameter pipes;

Pressure Grade: Supports customized production with working pressure up to 2.5MPa, covering full-scenario demands from low-pressure irrigation, high-pressure water injection to oil and gas transmission.

 


Flexible Rapid Response & Packaging

Adopting a modular production line design, it supports small-batch customization (minimum order quantity as low as 200 meters) and rapid switching of emergency orders, which can meet urgent demands such as oil field emergency repair and emergency drainage and realize fast delivery. Equipped with large-scale automatic coiling equipment, a single pipe can be continuously coiled up to kilometers (maximum coiling weight up to several tons), reducing on-site joints by more than 90%, lowering leakage risks and improving construction efficiency.


 


3. Quality Control & Technical Strength

The base has a national-standard laboratory equipped with universal material testing machines, hydrostatic burst test benches, high and low temperature cycle test chambers and other professional equipment. Each batch of products undergoes full performance testing to ensure quality compliance. It owns a number of core invention patents, leading the industry in pipeline connection and sealing technology. The products are designed and produced in strict accordance with national and industrial standards such as GB/T, SY/T and HG/T. It has passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification and is a qualified supplier of many large domestic energy groups (such as PetroChina and Sinopec), with product quality ranking among the top tier of similar domestic products.

4. Core Application Scenarios

It is widely used in crude oil and natural gas transmission, water and polymer injection in major domestic oil and gas fields; for corrosive medium transmission such as acid, alkali and salt, and mine tailings slurry transmission, its service life is 3-5 times that of steel pipes; as the main pipe for urban water supply, fire water supply and temporary sewage discharge, it plays a key role in emergency rescue and disaster relief due to its characteristics of light weight, coiling and rapid laying.
