The Tianjin Highway Association has officially promulgated two technical specifications: the Technical Specifications for Sewer Pipe Lining Rehabilitation in Urban Areas (TTMHIA001-2022) and the Technical Specifications for Inspection and Evaluation of Urban Drainage Pipes in Tianjin (TTMHIA005-2022). Both specifications officially took effect on February 1, 2022.
Commissioned by the Tianjin Municipal Highway Industry Association, our company, as the lead drafting unit, successfully completed the drafting of two sets of regulations in August 2021. These regulations have undergone professional technical review by an expert panel comprising seven specialists from the Tianjin Water Authority, Tianjin Drainage Affairs Management Center, Tianjin Water Group, Tianjin Chuangye Environmental Protection Group, Tianjin Huamiao Water Supply and Drainage Design Institute, and Hefei University of Technology.
The formal release of these two regulations fills the gap in industry standards for urban water supply pipeline inspection and trenchless rehabilitation in Tianjin. They provide crucial technical guidance for related field operations and will play a positive role in promoting the healthy and orderly development of this industry within the city.
